Terms of Service

outbid.trading ("the Service") is a public, pay-to-rank advertising directory for trading-related products. Rankings reflect the amount paid by listers — and nothing else. The Service is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fund manager or signal provider, and nothing on the Service is investment advice, an endorsement, or a recommendation of any listed product.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. The Service is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where the promotion of trading products is restricted; you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Bidding works as described in the Rules, which are part of these Terms. A completed payment is what claims a rank.

All payments are final and non-refundable — including when a bid lands below the intended rank because another bid completed first, when a listing is later outbid, and when a listing is removed for violating these Terms. Quotes re-validate at payment time; if the board moved, you are re-quoted, never silently charged a different outcome.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

By creating or topping up a listing you represent and warrant that:

(a) you have the right to advertise the listed URL or account; (b) the listing and the product it points to are legal in the jurisdictions where you operate and market them; (c) any performance figures you publish are truthful and independently verifiable where claimed; (d) any perks you advertise are real offers that you will honor; and (e) the listing contains no claims of guaranteed profit, risk-free returns or similar (in any language).

Perks are offers made by the lister to buyers. The Service displays them but is not a party to them and does not guarantee their fulfilment. Repeated failure to honor perks leads to delisting without refund.

We may edit categorization, hide or remove any listing, and refuse any bid, at our sole discretion — including for prohibited content (adult content, chat-invite spam, deceptive claims, illegal products) or suspected fraud. Spend on removed listings is forfeited.

Trading forex, CFDs, crypto-assets, futures and options carries substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Past performance never guarantees future results. Do your own research before engaging with any listed product.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from listed products, perks, or trading decisions.

We may update these Terms and the Rules; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
